Our plugins are copyrighted by Solid Plugins, LLC.
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. At the point at which you receive the refund, your rights under the Account Access, Support, and Updates sections of this agreement will be terminated. If you do not agree with any of the terms of this agreement, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to request a refund. Only one refund is permitted per person, regardless of the number of purchases made, for example in the case of subscription renewals.
Our plugins are offered “as is” and without warranty, including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We suggest you make regular backups of your site.
Solid Plugins, LLC and its associates, partners, employees, and shareholders shall not be held liable for ANY damages or loss of data resulting from the use of our products or the termination or revocation of your license.
You may install any Solid Plugins products and add-ons you have purchased, and use your license key on any number of your own websites, and any of your clients’ websites. To be eligible to receive support, updates, and continued access to your solidplugins.com account, you may not share or distribute our plugins, add-ons, license keys, or account credentials for solidplugins.com to 3rd parties who are not your clients.
What is a client?

You may not bundle our plugins as part of another product, service, or include them as part of a hosted service.
Your purchase entitles you to updates for Solid Plugins products while your license is valid and paid for.
Updates are accessible by logging in to your account or automatically through the Plugins page of the WordPress admin panel. You may not allow or cause anyone other than yourself or your current clients to access updates in any way.
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, by notifying you via e-mail that your license to use the software has been revoked.
You cannot resell Solid Plugins products. If you are caught reselling them on a site like fiverr.com or babiato.co, your license will be revoked immediately without refund, and we reserve the right to notify any of the people you sold our software to about your actions.
If we terminate the agreement because we have determined that you have violated the terms of the agreement, you are not entitled to a refund. If we terminate the agreement for any reason other than a violation, you will receive a full refund, even if you are outside of the 30-day window.
You can also terminate the agreement for any reason. If you terminate the agreement within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.
Our plugins are provided “as is” for data analytics purposes. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the plugin complies with GDPR requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, the lawful collection, processing, and storage of personal data. You agree that the plugin does not, in any way, prevent you from complying with GDPR.
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solid Plugins LLC and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your non-compliance with GDPR or any other data protection laws.
You agree to use our plugins in compliance with all applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the plugins complies with GDPR and any other applicable data protection laws.
Solid Plugins, LLC does not collect, process, or store any personal data on behalf of the user through our plugins. The user is the data controller and is solely responsible for any personal data that may be processed through the use of the plugin.
We shall not be liable to you for indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits. Any other damages relating to or arising out of this agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will be limited to the amount you paid for the software initially.
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, all other provisions shall remain in effect and in full force.
We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Your continued use of our support or receipt of updates after the date of change constitutes your acceptance of any and all changes to this agreement.
